YGXD-M-03 Intelligent High-Density Shelving

　　Intelligent high-density shelving is not only suitable for storing various books, archives, documents, etc., but also allows for computer management of the stored materials. It automatically adjusts the temperature, humidity, and ventilation of the archives, automatically controls the opening and closing of the shelving, and allows for timely, quick, and convenient automatic retrieval and query of various materials; automatically tracks and displays the exact location of the archival materials. It can also automatically open the high-density shelving unit where the archival materials are stored, enabling efficient computer management of the archival materials. This achieves the requirements of user-friendliness, automation, informatization, and networking; and the modernization, standardization, and normalization of archive management.

　　The dual-sided operation panel of the intelligent high-density shelving makes operation more convenient. It allows for electric switching of a row of shelving units. When a manager needs to open any row of shelving units, simply press the open button, and the unit will automatically open. If there is a power outage, it can also be operated manually using a hand crank. When storing archives, an archive management database is established in the computer. In subsequent management, simply enter the archive to be queried in the computer management interface, and the high-density shelving unit containing the archive will automatically open.

The operating speed can be adjusted by software, and it can achieve smooth start-up, high-speed operation, and gentle closing control strategies; using a low-noise traditional system further reduces noise, with shelving operating noise ≤60dB(A).

Intelligent Web Analysis Technology: Many user management systems do not provide effective usable system interfaces, and the database structure is not available; the new intelligent electric high-density shelving system uses intelligent web analysis technology to solve the problem of data sharing when the user cannot provide a system interface, better meeting user needs.

Intelligent Anti-Crushing Protection: By using a specific filtering algorithm to obtain a stable drive power supply, combined with a fixed resistance to form an anti-crushing threshold current, anti-crushing protection can be achieved without any sensors. Under a non-injurious crushing force (≤20 kg), the shelving stops running.
