Established during the great wave of reform, Jiangxi Sunlight Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. is located at No. 305, Sitete Avenue, Zhangshu City, where the Zhejiang-Gan, Beijing-Kowloon railways, Shanghai-Ruian, Gan-Yue expressways, and National Highway 105 intersect. It is a modern professional manufacturer of archival, library, and security equipment, and a provincial high-tech enterprise.
The company is large in scale, has a high starting point, advanced equipment, and strong technical strength. With a registered capital of 101.88 million yuan and total assets of 183.72 million yuan, it possesses three automated standard production lines. It uses imported CNC equipment for the processing and manufacturing of main materials and uses fully automated pickling, phosphating, and spraying three-in-one equipment for surface treatment of products. It is one of the few enterprises in the industry with the most complete range of products and the largest scale, and also a leading enterprise in China's metal furniture industry base. Our company adopts modern enterprise management systems and has established a management system characterized by scientific management, automated production, serialized products, networked sales, and high-quality services. Product quality is related to the life of the enterprise. Quality is the banner of the enterprise and a demonstration of the enterprise's strength. II. Quality Management
1. Quality Management Organization. Led by the General Manager (Chief Engineer), with a Quality Inspection Department and a Technology Department. Unified management by the Deputy General Manager, with the Quality Inspection Department responsible for implementation, ensuring unified quality management, planning, and arrangement throughout the entire process. This unified management model is conducive to improving the technical level and personnel quality of all employees and achieving scientific management to improve product quality.
The organizational structure consists of full-time quality engineers, quality inspectors at each process, and personnel with intermediate and above skills, each with their own responsibilities and authority. In this system, the ideological and technical qualities of personnel at each level (procurement, team inspection, workshop inspection, quality inspection department inspection, finished product inspection) are crucial. To improve the quality of inspectors, we have adopted a policy of focusing on both ideological and technical quality, and training personnel at all levels together.
